Visit www.creditsmart.org.au/financial-hardship to access easy to understand and consistent information on financial hardship reporting you can link to, share, and refer your customers to, including:
Variation Financial Hardship Arrangement infographic summary explains to consumers what a Variation Financial Hardship Arrangement is and how it will appear on their credit report.
Late Payments & Credit Reporting infographic includes examples to explain to a consumer what the impact of one or more late payments will have on their credit report, as well as how they can request a financial hardship arrangement.
The CreditSmart website homepage has been updated to focus on educating consumers about the financial hardship legislative changes and how they may be impacted.
The Debt Waivers & Your Credit Report infographic has also been finalised. This infographic will not be included on the CreditSmart website, but can be used by ARCA Members as appropriate.
We encourage all ARCA Members to utilise these resources, by linking to them on their websites, and sharing content and the infographics with their customers.
